V&V's and governors

#1 Can someone point me to a list of all or a bunch of V&V's and how/why they get them?

for example:I know you can get murderer from failed assassination attempts and truly pious from failed quisitions. Stuff like that.

#2 When you use "auto assign titles"will the computer strip titles and give them to more deserving generals? It is a great way to minimize micromanagement, but I don't want to wind up having a 2 acumen governor for Constantinople and a 6 acumen governor for Switzerland.

See this thread, atilla1 has a nice post about v&v's that the player has some control over obtaining.

- Haven't used auto-assign much, but IIRC it only works for assigning titles, it won't un-title any gov. Also, for title that bestow additional command ratings, auto-assign favors units that already have command, so don't be surprised if the title to constantinople (which gives +command) ends up with a high command, low/zero acumen general.

There is a V&V list in the download section, but it only states what the effect is, not how to obtain them.
