Sorry folks, this has probably been asked and answered, but I can't find it anywhere. Will the Gnome editor allow me to do change the construction time required for buildings? I only ask because the queue is over an hour right now to download the editor, and I don't want to wait that long to find out it won't do what I want anyway.
