Is there any way in which a campaign log of annual events - ideally for all factions - can be produced? So you could end up with a text file listing which king came to power when, which provinces were conqured etc. Anything at all liek that in MTW?

I'm assuming this is for a PBM? No, I don't know of any such tool within the program itself, but you could always have something like Microsoft Word or Works minimized and then hit Alt+Tab at the end of every turn to write what you want...

Jsut mentioned this in another post.

Takes awhile to get the hang of it but accountant notebooks are great for this sort of thing. Lots of dividing lines and little boxes. I've kept running tabs on marriages, assasinations, alliances, beginning and ending war dates, naval battles. You kind of just develop your own shorthand for it. It's hard, though because you can't document what's happening outside of your view unless you use the cheat.

The art of war is simple enough. Find out where your enemy is. Get at him as soon as you can. Strike him as hard as you can, and keep moving.
