When you put a unit for retrain in a province, which have a building for that unit and have an armor and weapon upgrade, it will be upgrade for that unit..
But, if in that province you have developed all buildings that rise valor and morale, will that affect that retraining unit or not?
Or is it only validating for new unit made in that province?

Ok, This is all as far as I know and I may well be wrong.
When a unit is build it gets the armour, weapons, valour and moral (plus disciplin if you have the military acadamy) from the rpovince it is built in. Valour bonusses off master buildings are a bit buggy for knights and maybe for other units.
WHen retraining a unit EITHER
1) gets better armour/weapons upgrades from retraining in a province with the apropriate upgrades
2) retains it;s armour and weapon upgrades, meaning 1 man with gold weapon and armour would retrain as an entire squad with them
I'm pretty sure that they DON'T get valour bonusses, not even the province ones. Think about it, if they gained valour and moral they could retrain 6 times in a row, and come out with 6 valour. I'm not sure about disciplin, but theres no real way to check either as it doesn;t list it, it;s a hiden bonus.
I was trying to find some help in the ancient military journals of General Tacticus, who's intelligent campaigning had been so successful that he'd lent his very name to the detailed prosecution of martial endeavour, and had actually found a section headed "What To Do If One Army Occupies A Well-Fortified And Superior Ground And The Other Does Not", but since the first sentence read "Endeavour to be the one inside" I'd rather lost heart.
you get the armor and weapon upgrade though you don't get valour for sure. I don't know about discipline though. I doubt morale would be changed either.
See the thread on best combining of units. The concensus there was maximize valour and then retrain for best weapon and armor available.
