Everyday I learn more about this game, and I come before you again with my latest ramblings.

Ratios:I now keep a 70% melee,30% ranged ratio or a 100% melee if the enemy dosen't have enough archers.

Reason:you need more melee then ranged to defend your ranged,otherwise..-something- will get past the h2h battles and wipe out all your ranged units, ecspecially if the enemy has more melee then you do...

    Combos:Nodachi/Teppo cheap,effective.I don't worry about cav unless it's takeda,then I pull out my other fav,YS hordes.

Reason:Nodachi are killers, they cause sudden destruction and normaly can defeat most units single handedly, tag on some of those Teppo and ther morale killing ability, and most armys will rout.I'd keep a couple units of YC around to chase routers and kill enemy cav if present. If the cash is there,I'll replace the combo with Monks, since Monks can do everything N-D can,and more.

Now for that question,is there Any way I can take screen shost short of pointing a camera at the screen?I staged this huge 16 v 16 all Musket battle,I nicknamed it "Battle at "little" Gettysburg".Man,that was a LONG battle, and there was sooo much smoke I chouldn't see what was happening. The enemy ran off many many times before I realised he had a small unit hanging on in on one of my flanks, beyond the range of the main body, fireing at some stray group, whose backs were turned,so they never tryed to return fire.I sent that entire flank, sent that busted unit running, and repulsed the three other remaining Musket units, ending the battle.God it was a great game, but I chouldn't take any screen shots,noooooo..I wana show the world what a marvelous site that was,and I can't!

To take screenshots all you need to do is press F2. Katasaki that sounds like a pretty cool battle I might have to try that for myself.

In (yourSTWdirectory)\TGAs, although you will need Tag's TGA Viewer (TM) from the Community Site or some other special software to view them (common IE/PSP stuff don't support the format).
