I have struggled with this battle for quite a while now. All I have accomplished so far is to destroy 2 of the ballistas. After that I get nowhere, I have tried to deploy my troops into two groups. One who lure their main troops and one who rush for one of the ballistas. Also tried army vs army but I simply gets outnumbered.
So now I have come to the solution that I use the wrong tactics. Anyone have any hints on this battle, cause I am totally stuck.

It boils down to a cat and mouse game with the ballistas. I didn't find it that much fun really. It also didn't seem very realistic either. Anyway, good luck with it.
