modding question

hey guys. i've got a question for the dungeon rats (new to the forum and this seems to be the only place i can post for the time being but anywho...)
i've got medmod IV installed (its friggin awesome kudos to wes) and i wanted to add a new unit to the byz. (before i go further, id like to say i'm by no stretch of the imagination a programmer and i'm diagnosed with chronic stupidity) i used all the stats of the saracen inf except for the info_pic (used chiv. ser) and of course changed the name and the _desc. now here comes the problem, everything loads up properly until i click on the unit production page (both on camp and cust battle mode) and it CTD's. now i made sure that the review pannel images was the same as the sarc inf and that it was in .BIF format...so what could be the problem?

if anyone could help it'd be much appreciated. thanks in advance.

Veritek i have the SAME EXACT PROBLEM. i'm new to modding and i have no idea what to do. i just got wes' mod and its amazing. all i wanted to do was add a byzantine unit and when i scroll to the last unit pannel in custom battle mode or bring up the unit production pannel in camp mode it crashes to desktop. its very frustrating. can anyone help?
