can't logon to gayspy

just tried playing Total War in multiplayer for the first time

if i try to logon externally, nothing happens after i've clicked Connect on the Gayspy interface although it does accept my logon info

if i go into from the Multiplayer option of Medieval, it tells me account details incorrect despite the fact that i am 100% sure that everything i've entered into that screen IS correct, including my Viking Invasion CDkey

so how do i fix this so i can get online with Total War? i am using Viking Invasion 2.01

NAVARROS, you're not really trying to log on to a gay spy, are you? Never mind. Sorry I asked. Really wouldn't want to know what logging a gay spy is, anyway.
