WOO-HOO I've just hooked up to ADSL today Let the reign of terror begin

However, I just need a pointer with regard to logging in to GameSpy. It's just not allowing me to pass the log on screen, despite my having registered with GameSpy (of course) and re-typing in my CD key about five times... What's the go here?
