Just registered here so I figured I'd drop a line and say hi : )
I have a question about the option to increase unit sizes. I slide the bar alway the to the right for bigger units but then when i go to play a campagin my units are still default size. Am I missing something or is the option only for battles etc.?

The unit size slider only effects new campaigns. The unit sizes are determined at the beginning of the campaign and are thereafter unaffected by changing the slider. If you would start a new campaign, you should then see the larger unit sizes.

one thing i noticed is it also doesnt affect the units you start with in the campaign, but only units you train afterwards, you can of course immediately retrain the starting units to take them up to full size
i have found when I retrain starting Armies nothing happens
