Since I can't post in the Collusuem - I guess I'll have to post it here.

Sadly not much new information and no new screenies. It does, however, say that the speeches before battles are context sensitive and the fact that troops can be retired into area to repopulate the area (troops cost population).

Mission editor is mentioned, but not a general editor.
