Am I allowed to have copyrighted music in a mod?

You need to get permision to use the music or you get your behind kicked. It is just like sending out mp3's. I looked at free mp3 sites for my music, but asked the maker of the music anyway. There are a great deal of free music out there.

I think you know it yourself good enough.

The Org discourages the use posting of piracy in any form. You may do as you like on your own personal computer but I would appreciate it you don't promote your mod here at the Org if it has that music. And the Org certainly doesn't like to host the music on its servers.
