Yet, I'm looking for a more detailed guide that incompasses the entire topic.

check out the farming vices and virtues thread a while back.

one thing that struck me recently was the fact that princes can get builder/steward virtues if they stayed in that province when the building was finished and then again as a king.

I think it might be doable to arrange to have your crown prince be present at a building inauguration every turn to get him magnificent builder even before he inherits the crown

same for steward and trader.

trader is done at mine completion.
