Four stage strategy from Yes, Minister:
Stage one we say nothing is going to happen.
Stage two, we say something may be about to happen, but we should do nothing about it.
Stage three, we say that maybe we should do something about it, but there's nothing we can do.
Stage four, we say maybe there was something we could have done, but it's too late now.

it's weird. in the southern part of Japan, mostly in the islands, the women there seem to be mostly busty; while in the more northern and central parts of Japan, the women are more slender.

yeah, these girls are mostly fake, but i have no real probs with it. beats feeling like you're sexing up a 12 year old boy when you've got them in the sack.

Let's just hope Soly hasn't had to relate to actul experiences like that. It's a great quote though, truly fit for the Org hall of great quotes.

True enough, Soly, and since I've traveled a lot for a while myself - in matter a fact I still do, but rarely out of my own country lately - I know how worthwhile and stimulating all those new acquaintances can be. I have, regretfully, never traveled to Japan, which is a great desire of me. If I do so any time soon, I'll jump you for a few tips for exotic places, which you are, my bet, bound to know enough for certain.

Unlikely. To get it straight: there´s silicone (which is used in plastic surgery) and there´s silicon (which is a elemental substance), it´s two different things.
