Now here you go, Zelda fans a realistic, TOOT style new Zelda for the game cube Ahem, I've been waiting a long time for this. Zelda Reborn I recommend all zelda fans watch that video,

Now please excuse me while I run around jabbering about Zelda, you can swordfight while riding Epona Horseback battles Sunsets No blasted sailing Beautful graphics that make the world cry out to be explored At last a game that really grabs my interest and refuses to let go.

EDIT: Since E3 is now split across many topics I'll devote this one to Zelda.

Trailer looks awesome indeed. I liked the style of the windwaker, but I liked style OOT better. And of course horse>boat. Now all I want is a fairy and an actual challenge, windwaker was WAY too easy.

How can I put this. Had money all saved up to by a gamecube after the zelda footage before the systems launch. I saw first pic of windwaker.....

    I CRIED FOR WEEKS

I have hated Nintendo with a vengance ever since. Making zelda gay was the worst decision they have ever made if you ask me.

Now its back to the drawing boards as to save up for a GC and convince my parents to let me by one all over again. WHICH WILL BE DAMN DAMN DAMN HARD

Wind Waker is not gay, you may not like the graphical style but it is not gay. Games are quite incapable of having a sexual interest in members of their own sex.

You are now discovering why I never sell consoles - if there is nothing interesting now then there will be later. You just waste your money.

As much as I like this new look I also admit I like the cartoony style of WW, I feel that if you are bothered by games that look cartoony or think games are cool because they feature loads of blood and grey textures you are missing half the fun.

This new Zelda world calls for exploration because there is a lot more to it than endless water, the endless sailing and small amount of land was the bad decision in WW, not the graphical style.

Since E3 has scattered across the forum I'll rename this...

Well windwaker was the little game that could in my opinion. Though all the coulds are of the kind of, How can nintendo make a bad Zelda game???

Or No game on a next gen console could look worse than a GB gameboy right???

But it proved it self to suck

Windwaker really disappointed me. Lots of islands yes. Lots do do on them? No. Most islands were no more then 5 by 5 meters with a few coins on it, how fun. The fighting was fun but no enemy was challenging to fight and sniping with icearrows made and allready easy game even easier. Dungeons.... far too few All dungeons quest related bah I had hoped on more random stuff. Graphics, awesome animation but why is everything so blurry, it hurts the eyes. The battle music was dull, and on sea with those swordfish the constant changing of soundtracks got on my nerves. I tried to like the Windwaker(loved OOT) but it was all so bleh.

WW was disapointing, but still good in its way. I found that the game went well enough until they forced you to do a lot of sailing, then the pacing dropped to near invisibility, and the interest died with it. If you could put up with travelling to find your next destination it picked up again, but the game lost me near the end because of the shard quest. As a one-off gimic the sailing and wind waker baton were tolerable, a lot like the time limit in Majora's Mask. I never want to see them used again.

Thje second new Zelda game is for the GBA, developed by Capcom: Zelda: The Minish Cap. Sounds good, has nice graphics, and an interesting theme. I always suck at 2D Zelda games, so I am hoping they have included some kind of combat lock on or something. Of course they won't, so I'll be dying every few fights again

Master Quest... wasn't that the reworked OOT packaged with the golden version of WW? Well, it had an extra dungeon, but I wasn't about to play through the whole game again just to get there.

I'm sure it is, as it was in OoT; surely, they won't take away features.

Anyonw who slated WW because of the graphics has totally missed the point of Zelda games. I thought they were quite charming actually, although WWs gameplay did disapoint a bit.
