You will be able to choose 5 factions (UK, France,Austria, Russia and Prussia) and the diplomacy is said to be better than in MTW...
51 provinces+29 regions depicting Europe and N.Africa , and techtrees with more than 70 buildings.
I think it looks great...

IT looks fairly nice, but could certainly use a healthy amount of disorder.. No army in the history of the world looked that geometrically perfect in it's formations.. :)
