that is, b4 people reach 500. after that it doesn't really matter. (sorry just finishing the title ) neways, my idea is to make so that, if a) a new patron signs up, set his/her gender as neutral (ie, forgot and to lazy to check) then the ordinary default avatar would come up. b) if the new patron set her gender as female, a genaric female avatar would come up, this avatar would change along with the post count. c) if the new patron sets his gender to male, the ordinary avatar comes up. i know this might be too much work for Admin to warrant the benefits (so at least you know the persons gender at a glance) because females are a very definate minority on these forums. nonetheless................ well, get talking


ps (if this gets some interest/support, could you mods move this to the watchtower?)

Good idea. Having to spam just to get an avatar so people stop calling you 'him' is a bit silly. I didn't like the generic male avatars, that is one of the reasons I joined the crowd asking for a shogun one in a thread in the sword dojo. Somehow being a samurai archer was better

When I finally got 500 posts after several long months I found all the female avatars were of the ugly MTW princesses, so I kept the archer. In the end I had to become a mod to get a nice female avatar Here's hoping RTW provides some nicer avatars.

Would be a good idea. I am one of those who spammed their way up to 500 posts. A bit silly, but at least I got rid of these silly duke and count default avatars. Yay

BTW, I don't think the VI princesses are so terrible, apart from the ones with the tomato-red faces.

PS. This avatar only has a red nose. Seems like she's drunk or stood outside at -25°C for a couple of hours.
