Q about shinobi and others

I remember reading somewhere that shinobi can boost loyalty in the province they are in. But i can never figure out how to set their mission to that. it is always counterspying.
Another thing. I have never been able to build Geisha. I don't even know what they are.
BTW, I just bought STW. no expansion. and no patches yet.

First of all get the patch for STW.

Second, when a shinobi is in one of your provinces, it is ALWAYS counterspying as the mission, but it also boost the loyalty at the same time!
EDIT: When it is in a enemy province, its mission is spying, but it also lowers the loyalty in that province.

The Geisha was a japanese female who was talented in the arts of culture, music etc.

In the game she is an assassin.

Building required (I think):
Castle -> Large Castle -> Fortress -> Citadel

Ninja House -> Infamous Ninja House -> Geisha House (becomes available when builded the nesseceary)
