This weekend I downloaded and installed the MTW VI_201_Patch from the Org files. After installation, the game would freeze every time I tried to start it. I had to uninstall the entire game and reinstall. Then the same thing happened again.
After uninstalling and reinstalling again, I downloaded and installed the patch from totalwar.com, and now it works fine.
Could it be that the MTW VI_201_Patch available in the Org files is somehow corrupted?
