I read this on another forum and found it very useful, it struck me that there is probably a lot of similar useful tidbits out there so I started this thread to share them.
When swallowing a capsule, keep in mind that it has air in it and so it floats in water...if you tilt you head back like for a normal pill you will have trouble swallowing it, if you tilt your head forward however it will slide down much easier.
