Mods a very dumb question

Hi, I have followed installation instructions to set up MedMod 3.14 but I cant figure out if it is working or not.

When i start the game the medmod intro comes on but when i start campaign i get the usual single player game at least i think it is the usual.

Are there steps I must do to launch medmod campaign.

for selection of periods, you should get viking, Early, High, MM Early, MM High, MM Late, Late.

select MM ones and thou shall have medmod
