The story is that my sister just got married and is now on her honeymoon. THe pets need a very specialized sort of care so they needed someone to stay in the house while they are gone. I got the job so now here I am until next Monday. Does anyone know what there is to be done here? Anything interesting to do?

I used to live in Boulder. It's the summer, so expect a decrease in nightlife activities (and there never was a Denver scene.)

2 dogs, 4 cats and 2 rats. The dogs are especially troublesome. One is deaf and is barely capable of moving. THat one requires lots of medication including some that must me taken an hour before she eats. I have to ensure that she is taken out periodically to do her business. I actually have to carry her to the designated doggie business area and then back inside while keeping the cats inside. The other dog is emotionally traumatised due to abuse from her previous owners. She is currently refusing to eat or take her pills. I suspect that my brother-in-laws departure has left her despondant.

Sounds like you'll have enough on your hands that you won't have time to do anything fun.

Have a nice vacation Oh, and try not to think what your sister my be doing at any given moment
