    Well, the release date that I have seen is 19th Sept.04
    As for getting a new computer depends on your specs now.

    Only official date given by CA is "Fall 2004" so thats around 2-5 months from now.

    And as Jochi says that depends on your current PC. From what we have been told so far, RTW shouldnt require that much more compared to MTW except the graphic card I guess.
