Looking for a specific STW avatar

Awhile ago I saw an avatar of Lord Usugi, the blue dude. It was him standing up with one finger out and his hands at his sides.

I asked the person who had this avatar if I could use it and he said yes I could becasue it was swithcing soon (I forogt his name I'm sorry)

I was told to go look in the avatar section but it isnt there because I guess it was specially for him.
