Test Await

Trying to find out why users are reset to await after e-mail change.

Edit: as suspected. The account is set to Await Auth when the e-mail is changed. A security thing. Seems something goes wrong then, still looking.

A re-registration e-mail is sent to the new addy, but the board does not reactivate the account. There is an equally efficient thing for that, not sure whether it can be made to work. Will try.

Maybe it's just a flag, saying this patron's email has changed. May be a good thing.
