Dissabling Geisha

I found a page recently that said you could prevent the AI building geisha by modifying a file as follows:

"Find building choice.txt in the Game folder The 15 th Value is Geisha House, reduce the weighting to 0 or 1, For double protection from Geisha also change the 23rd value - Legendary Tea House.

authors :- Wavesword, Gothmog"

But that file isn't present on my system. I'm just playing vanilla STW, do I need to install MI in order to do it?

I did try searching but I just get a 500 error.

i've forgotton how to do it.
but those stinking geishas are a real pain, i ended up killing them all with my top grade group of ninjas which were trained on killing geisha's.

Yeah I think you can only modify that file in MI.
