Control-T or the time slider below the minimap speed up battles. You are talking about battles, right?

No im talking more about speeding up battles but its more of a computer problem. When i have a lot of units in battle the game slows down.
    It must be my computer.
Do i get a new video card or something

    _requires cash_

    1. Get more RAM

    2. Get a better CPU chip

    3. Get better video card

    4. Buy new system

    _non-money related_

    1. Free up disk space in c:

    2. Shutdown non-essential programs running at the background.

If you don't want to upgrade your hardware, try turning off some options in the performance menu and/or lowering unit sizes.

Lowering the screens resolution will work if your video card is the limit, lowering unit size will work if your processor is the limit. Try some different options and see what speeds up your game most. Or post your system specs here, you can find them go to Start... Run... then type in dxdiag and press enter.
