Rome Total War: Garlic invasion? does'nt sound very appetising, and not likely to catch public imagination. I reckon its more likely to be:
Rome Total war: Barbarian Invasion.

The thing that always caught my eye during Time Commanders episodes was during the beginning. That part with a kind of blue background I think, right before that guy yells, theres something that looks a lot like "Theban Invasion". Now I don't know anything about history, so I dunno if this could even be a possible scenario. But I always wondered about it.
What if it is actualy you who are crazy, and I am realy not crazy?... No, you're right... I am crazy.
lol
Actually the intro to TC has a whole load of different battle names and events on it, Theban invasion was just one of them.Originally Posted by [b
With regard to the "Gallic Invasion" I doubt it will be that because we won't get a new faction out of it. The Gauls are already in RTW, so basing an expansion around them would be a bit of a waste really...
In MTW we got a new campaign and a bunch of new factions (including the Vikings). In STW we got a new Campaign and the Mongol Faction added. So by following that trend we might see a "barbarian invasion" expansion pack featuring the Goths, the Huns, the Vandals and other peoples of that time in a new campaign.

The odds for persian invasion and ufo invasion is about the same...

If we are about to discuss the most possible expansion pack, then I assume they'll go with The Pokemon invasion (abbrev. PI) or The Transformers invasion (abbrev. TI). If they really want to surprise us, they'll do "The Knights-who-say-Ni invasion" (abbrev. KwsNI)![]()
P.S. If you really want some serious predictions, I'd say they'll ditch the "back in time" concept and they'll introduce a "Barbarian invasion" of sorts.
But I'd really love them to ditch the whole "invasion ex-pack" concept, and give us Alexander's campaigns![]()
Allthough with the kind of units they are using, Alex's army shall probably feature Screaming Gays in Tights, Corny Philosophers, Bored Athenian Whores, Aristophane's Chicken and other similar stuff![]()

You mean Alexander's army didn't really have those units?![]()
Sir Robin the Not-quite-so-brave-as-Sir-Lancelot,
who had nearly fought the Dragon of Agnor,
who had nearly stood up to the vicious Chicken of Bristol,
and who had personally wet himself at the Battle of Badon Hill.
