Check out the Watchtower Temporary Forum thread... and there is another thread in there to look at.
Basically the Forums were nearly shutdown because they are so popular and have too much info on them.
Tosa has temporarily disabled bits to prevent this happening.

ya, ...noticed too, and sorry that the big guns have to deal with even more computer jargon/nonsense/overload...
eh, well, i hope their brains pan it all out well...
i imagine the crazed server this and that, and the overload forum stuff can be tedious and 'gah'
