Kong Ming, Zheng He(Cheng Ho), Chenggis Khan, Yin Zheng and Han Wudi.

Mostly chinese guys, except for Temujin, but i have to say these were pretty infleuntial in making chinese history, Yin Zheng and Han Wudi united china, Cheng Ho was a great explorer, Kong Ming inventor, strategist, tactician, if it were'nt for him i don't even know if the most incredible peice of chinese literature would exist(Romance of the 3 kingdoms ).

I have covered all 4, except for Temujin, but i bet everyone knows about him

I have to add, the greeks invented the repeating ballista way before Kong Ming.
