Custom Avatar

I have just become a memeber and i was trying to use a custom avatar from my computer, i changed the tga file to a jpeg and then resized it to 67,100 pixles, it is only 7.48kb, yet it doesen't work and i just seem to have no avatar when i try. Can somone please help i would really like a custom avatar.

Hello saundersag,

The org isn't using custom avatars. It's using a pool of 3,000+ built in ones to match the theme of the game.

We had a system to display custom avatars as an option. That was custom code, which we don't have here. May be added, maybe not.

What does the edit profile picture do in the user cp do then?

The profile picture is something else, the previous board had that too. You can use that to show a picture of yourself, your pet, your favourite sportscar, a crest or something like that.
