    Red face Several questions here:

    Hey guys, I got a list of several questions here and I was wondering if i could get some help.

    1) I created a Muslim faction based on the Assassins, and I wanted to have my faction leader called 'Grand Sheik', however, my game only gives my leader the title 'King'. Can anybody give me a step-by-step as to how to change this?

    2) I was playing the XL mod the other day and I wanted to use the Cumans' flag in my own personal mod. I copied the correct files from the textures/campmap/castleflags and textures/campmap/prebatshields, battle/flags, campmap/pieces/units/christian/shields and campmap/pieces/units/muslim/shields in the Xl directory to the respective folders in my mod directory. However, when I loaded my game, the battle flags worked fine, but the shields on the various panels (e.g., custom battle shield, GA shield, diplomacy shield, etc.) were all that of the rebels. Can anybody give me a step-by-step in how to copy the Cumans' flag/shield into my mod and get it to work?

    3) I know there was a post on the old forum of how to add a new set of music to my game. For example, Arab music is set "0", European is "1", and Viking is "2". I want to add a "3" for Pagan/Orthodox. Some say that the game is only set for the Arab, European, and Viking sets, but this old post made clear that the game isn't solely set to those three sets. Can anybody give me a step-by-step in how to add new music to my game under a different set number. I know the files have to be in Wav format, so I'm fine there, but what do I do now?

    4) I'm very good at adding new units to my game, all copied from already-existing units. However, when I get to number 184, I always get an error message saying that the game couldn't read a certain number or something... this is a question that's been posted several times, and I've seen no conclusive answers yet. I do use G-nome Editor and it works fine for every unit until the 184th. So, I was wondering if you guys could help me solve this little problemo of mine.

    5) Can anybody give me a step-by-step as to how to create (i.e., copy an existing one, heh) a new type of ship as well as assassin?

    6) I want to add Muslim princesses to my Muslim factions, but the game doesn't have any pics of Muslim princesses, so it won't load these princesses' faces when the campmap starts. I was wondering, is there any way to make it so that the European princess images are the same for my Muslim ones (not realistic, I know, but hey, its my personal mod, right?... it is my personal mod)?

    Alrighty, thats about it for now, heh. I'd really appreciate some help with these problems of mine and thanks in advance to all.

    Oh, in addition, in question #2, I had also made the appropriate changes in my mod's startpos file. But, alas, my question still stands. Thanks in advance once again.

    Well uh i got an answer to one question. Your king to ''Grand Shiek'' thing should work if you correctly edit your campmap/Default Heroes file. I would assume you know where this is. Anyways i'll look into your other questions and might even have an answer to them in a few minutes.

    Again your princess pics, hmm. I would figure you should Ask The Blind King Of Bohemia. He would know. But if i were you i wouldn't focus on muslim princesses. They were not very important in the medieval muslim world, for sadly they were behind the scenes for men were (and still are in some fanatical muslim countries) the only political voices. Marriages were not between two other factions in the egyptian mameluke kingdom, only between landholders and royalty. The almohads i have no idea about, but then again this is your mod not mine. Cheers.

    Open Loc/Eng/Default_Faction_Specific.txt

    This file defines the names of various things for each faction. The order in which the factions are declared in the dutch.txt file should be the same as that in the list in each faction specific section in the Default_Faction_specific file.
    The first section is the faction leader names which lists the name that each faction leader is to be called. The order in this list matches the DeclareFaction list in your startpos file. If you have editted an existing faction to include this faction, you must change the relevant entry accordingly. If you have added a new faction, you must add an entry, identical to the ones above it, save for the different title, at the bottom of the list.
    So for: @["faction_leaders_xzy"]
    Add the following at the correct point in this section: @{"The ''Grand Shiek"}
    For section:- @["king_titles"]
    Add the following at the correct point in this section: @{"Grand Shiek "}
