What is latest patch for STW WE?

I have STW WE v.1.00 loaded and I have downloaded a patch titled ShogunWv1[1].02_Euro.exe

I wonder if this is the right patch for the STW WE game. The Euro.exe threw me a little. I d/l'd it from the STW WE area here on the Guild site.
