If you're the English make sure you train an assassin in the year 1190 because then you'll get Guy of Gisburne (who's a 5 valour agent I think.)Originally Posted by lisabeanie

I got a 5 valour assassin around that time I built in scotland, I thought initially I had accidently put a more experienced agent in the back, it might have been this hero. This guy has already made 2 key kills for me (I took out the french king and all his family too, then I went and crushed the rebellious nobles who picked up from where the dead king left off, keeping the lands for holding till the French return again .... of course ;)). I'll need this guy again for when I go after the pope for excommunicating me (in two years after I will have ignored his warning) for laying waste to the HRE's border provinces and keeping the lands.
I love Gisburne! I remember the first time I had him was when there was a very troublesome Inquisitor (a high valour one too) burning my generals. I dragged my assassin over the inquisitor and I was surprised to see such a high chance at ringing the wretch's neck. Next year came and it said that Guy of Gisburne was successful! I thought "Yeah! Try that for the bonfire mate!"Originally Posted by CherryDanish
