New Password/email problems...

ok, so old password doesnt work on the new forum, but, i cannot get new password for my old member name because i am not getting the email to do it.
can moderators help me here?

Some ISP's (notably MSN and Yahoo) are automatically putting email from us in the "Bulk Mail" or "Junk Mail" folders of their customers. Check there for the p/w email.

no, i checked that too, it just isnt sending the email to me...is there any other way?
