The bit in Pulp Fiction where Marsellas shoots Zed in the balls. It just makes me cry with sympathy pain...

Man Bites Dog-- I can't even think of a particular scene. The whole movie is just very, very disturbing, and at the same time fascinating.

Hands down, the "California Smile" scene from American History X.
The mere thought of it is still enough to make me grit my teeth. Although you've all named some intense film moments, nothing disturbed me like that did. By comparison, the D-Day scene in Private Ryan was merely "exhilirating".![]()
My ancestors came with William the Bastard and won their lands by the sword, and with the sword I will hold them against all comers.

The guy eating the curb in American History X was horrible. The Dead bodies swinging inside out in the two predator movies was quite discusting or when Mr predator liked Bill Paxton's skull and spine in the second one.
"A man may fight for many things: his country, his principles, his friends, the glistening tear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mudwrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a stack of French porn."

The torture seen of the cop in Reservoir Dogs
Quite a bit of Caligula
I have a copy of Saving Private Ryan and I haven't seen it yet because I have actually become more sensitive about witnessing pain and suffering in films.
Screw luxury; resist convenience.
The entire movie, "Mars Attacks" (especialy when the lady had the dog body... weird)
"And one should bear in mind that there is nothing more difficult to execute, nor more dubious of success, nor more dangerous to administer than to introduce a new order to things; for he who introduces it has all those who profit from the old order as his enemies; and he has only lukewarm allies in all those who might profit from the new. This lukewarmness partly stems from fear of their adversaries, who have the law on their side, and partly from the skepticism of men, who do not truly believe in new things unless they have personal experience in them."
~ Niccolo Machiavelli
Any scene in the Exorcist movie is disturbing..
When the game ends, peon and king go into the same box.
The scene in SEVEN when the cop leans close to the bed and says "you got what you deserved...." to what we assume is a long dead corpse and it (the corpse) started coughing.
