The guy eating the curb in American History X was horrible. The Dead bodies swinging inside out in the two predator movies was quite discusting or when Mr predator liked Bill Paxton's skull and spine in the second one.

The torture seen of the cop in Reservoir Dogs
Quite a bit of Caligula
I have a copy of Saving Private Ryan and I haven't seen it yet because I have actually become more sensitive about witnessing pain and suffering in films.
Screw luxury; resist convenience.
A Clockwork Orange. The raping to I'm Singing in the Rain just creeps me out.

Anyone seen Requiem for a dream ?
The scene where the main character wakes up in Hospital from ODing on heroine and his arm has been amputated is pretty harrowing as he starts screaming and twitching his stump![]()
Then theres hisMum being given electric shock therapy after going insane after being prescribed amphetamine by her Dr for weight loss.
Then there the main character's best friend langushing alone in jail.
Then theres the main character's girlfriend (Jennifer Connoley) havign to peform explicit sex acts in a strip club to make ends meet.
Not a feel good film![]()
Look what these bastards have done to Wales. They've taken our coal, our water, our steel. They buy our homes and live in them for a fortnight every year. What have they given us? Absolutely nothing. We've been exploited, raped, controlled and punished by the English — and that's who you are playing this afternoon Phil Bennett's pre 1977 Rugby match speech
Ok, I forgot about the ear scene in Reservoir Dogs. Definitely right up there with the worst.
And...Jennifer Connelly performing explicit sex acts? Where might a fellow rent this wonderful film?

Hs anyone seen the amazing film called Chopper? What about when he gets a con in prison to cut the top of his ears off for him. That is seriously sick but great at the same time!![]()
Definatly "A Clockwork Orange" the whole thing is deeply disturbing, the whole attitude of everyone, the way it says "this is the horrible truth and it will never change", creepy movie.
It´s not a movie but the scene in Band of Brothers where they are under fire of an 88 and two guys lose their feet. I´ve wept seeing that.
Crossing Guard, when he comes for the first time to the grave of his child. The whole film made me so depressed.
The most disturbing movie I´ve ever seen is Jonny goes to war. I shiver every time I hear "One" from Metallica (it´s about that movie).
I can't really describe them on this forum but it involves another girl and an object.Originally Posted by Plantagenet

So skip to the end first![]()
If you just search on any p2p site you'll probably find that scene anyway.

Any scene in the Exorcist movie is disturbing..
When the game ends, peon and king go into the same box.
The scene in SEVEN when the cop leans close to the bed and says "you got what you deserved...." to what we assume is a long dead corpse and it (the corpse) started coughing.

Ray winstone's character abusing and having sex with his own daughter in The warzone. That film is emotionally draining![]()
I actually surprised my self at how disturbed i was watching the scene in Kill Bill vol 2 where they Bury Uma Therman alive! was a bit horrific in my opinion.

Yes, I've sort of seen it twice. First time I missed about the first half-hour, and 2nd time I missed the end. It was cheap and hard to follow, but I just couldn't turn the channel.Originally Posted by The Blind King of Bohemia

Certainly gave me respect for Eric Bana; I couldn't believe that Chopper (thick Aussie accent, huge bodybuilder type) was the same guy in Blackhawk Down (perfect southern US accent and 100 lbs. lighter) and the Hulk (middle-weight with a "normal" US accent). As bad as it was, Chopper made him one of my favorite actors.

Not to mention Hector in Troy![]()
Haven't seen that one yet, but I've read the Iliad 3 times (Odyssey only once, wasn't as good IMO). Should I?Originally Posted by The Blind King of Bohemia

The entire movie, "Mars Attacks" (especialy when the lady had the dog body... weird)
"And one should bear in mind that there is nothing more difficult to execute, nor more dubious of success, nor more dangerous to administer than to introduce a new order to things; for he who introduces it has all those who profit from the old order as his enemies; and he has only lukewarm allies in all those who might profit from the new. This lukewarmness partly stems from fear of their adversaries, who have the law on their side, and partly from the skepticism of men, who do not truly believe in new things unless they have personal experience in them."

yup. deliverance.
yup. clockwork orange.
yup. long green mile
yup. shindler's list
another along those lines was 'The Pianist'. those brutal scenes of nazi cruelty made my blood boil.
but the strangest, saddest, most depressing movie i ever saw was, 'They Shoot Horses, Don't They?' that will take you to an emotional low if ever a move can.
K.
Yeah the pianist is very sad film. That scene where the Nazi raid a jewish home and so casually throw the old disabled man out of his wheelchair into the street below.![]()
