More or less they are the same - except probably piety - as I don't think you will (or should) see that much emphasis on religion(except as a sop to the masses. And yes, V&V's are back and wilder than ever.

Yeah, like "Fears the Moon People" one that they mentioned on Res Romanae a while back. Hopefully religion won't play that big again, but it would be sweet to have diffrent soldiers or generals having diffrent religions, or even having a religion change. Often Romans stationed in diffrent places would begin to worship the local dieties.
