Faction Creation

Does anyone know how to create a new faction. I am a very basic editor but really want to create a faction i can use, i know how to create units and stuff.

If anyone can help me please do.

Your work will be harder depending on how different your faction will be from those existing in the game.
In any case, follow that guide because there are lots of data to modify (or introduce) in many different files.
