    Cool Good Games

I think it is fair to assume that most members would consider Medieval Total War and Shogun Total War to be very good games, and I know I would definately put it in my top three PC games (I exclude console games as then my soul would be torn between too many titles). But, excluding the Total War games, my top ten games, in no strict order, are:

    1)Deus-Ex
    2)Half-Life
    3)Counter-Strike
    4)The Civilisation Series
5)The Heroes of Might and Magic Series
6)The (Whole) Command & Conquer Series
    7)The GTA Series
    8)The Unreal Tournament Series
    9)The Quake Series
    10)The Warcraft Series

PS. if this belongs in another part of the forum - sorry, I can't post anywhere else.

Surely you've got to like Underground. I liked Hot Pursuit 2, and loved underground.

Oh no, I can't believe I forgot about X-com 1 and 2! They would have to be ranked amongst the best, but I can't get either to work on any of my PCs with any of the new Windows'.

Well, I don't play lots of games, but those that I do don't have a particular order of 'greatness' for the most part, except Total War. ;)

    -Age of Empires: TC Expansion
-Age of Empires: Rise of Rome Expansion
    -Pharoah
    -American Conquest: Fight Back
    -Caesar III
-Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
    -StarCraft

it's an ok game. however, i love cars, and for me it's the hp that metters. This game is all about how the car looks, i hate people who think like that in real life. The once that have spoilers on a FWD (don't get me started on that) or the once that have a 3" exhaust on a 1.6 civic...
So basicly i don't like the gave on a personal level, not gameplay.

(hate might have been too strong of a word. )

good games! Kindly allow me to name a few of my favorites

#1 Thief1/2, there is just nothing even remotely close to the genius of these games, I pimp these games wherever and whenever I get the chance.

    More great ones:

    System Shock 1+2
    Deus 1 and yes(!) 2
    Metroid Prime
Viewtifull Joe (how can one resist?)
    No one lives forever
    Planescape torment
    Pikmin
    Painkiller (just cool)

I have recently bought 'beyond good and evil' and I have this feeling this one is getting VERY high on my all time favorites list
