Concerning Custom Maps...

well i was gonna look at the download files section for medieval on maps, but the browser said it was an error and not found...
but i was wondering, are there good ones?
never tried any,
and i have messed around ever so slightly with mapmaking and found it very taxing a thing, as i didnt have any certain map outcome in mind i didnt spend to much time with it...
...
any good ones? like historic sites for battles not in medieval? or fictional ones, like helm's deep from 2 tower's movie? ...i have read briefly about such things on forum before, just dont know much of it...

You could always check out mappack that AFAIK contain all the custom maps made so far link

There are both some historical and LOTR maps in the pack too.
