Posting replies in other forums

When im reading threads in other forums,such as the colliseum,posting rules at the bottom say i may reply,but if I try to reply a box springs up saying Im not allowed to reply.
So do junior patrons have right to reply in any other forums?

As a Junior Patron you can post in the Entrance Hall and reply to existing threads in the Apothecary, The Dungen - Alchemist Lab, Story/PBM - Mead Hall.

And you can reply to/make threads in Multiplayer: Barracks and Jousting Fields.
