This was posted for the BATW but I need a finished platform to test it so I plan on implementing it to HTW.

“Suggestion (3) - I had the idea of binding units to regions and not nations/cultures. I though on that and I fill this might not be 100% true. So I am thinking of making a “State rule” building. It will take ~10 – 20 years to develop and it will pacify the province. All provinces will have a high unrest value but this building will calm things down. When this building is built then you will be able to build your own units in this province. It will be bind to culture so people of the same culture will not need it. It will slow down conquest a lot since you will e fighting a rebellion after rebellion till the province is pacified, colonized and ruled by you people.”

What do you think?
Has anyone implemented it on another mod?
Anyone care to test it when it will be available?

I think that is an excellent idea... I might be willing to give it a shot

I tryed something like it with towers and borderforts, but had problems with factions not building them. All loyalty was set -20% in provinces, but the factions got very in-active. I know now that the building prod.file need to be edited so that factions will build the buildings before all other things.
