MILLER: I wish we lived in the day where you could challenge a person to a duel.

MILLER: Now, that would be pretty good.

Sounds very interesting. It's a pity I can't watch it (dont live in the US).

I have heard many things about time commanders this days, and well, where can I see their shows?

They were on BBC2 last year and it seems the BBC is recruiting for a second round. You can view some of the old episodes of TC at the Legion Total War forum: Legion Total War. You need to become a member to visit the download section.
But be prepared for some nail-bitingly frustrating scenes when you see an army getting slaughtered because the participants haven't got a clue as to what is going on.
