    Smile Controls and keys

I've only just found out that the V key on the keyboard lets you know if the sea is clear (green) of enemys or in danger (red) if enemys are in the same waters as your boats in the campaign mode.

What I would like to know is, is there any other keys or commands that are not in the manual that could be helpful in the game?

I think holding down shift tells you which of your provinces are safe and loyal (green) and those which have some chance of rebellion (other colours).

They are listed in the readme files for VI - and some only work in VI.

But try the Z, X, C and V keys. C hides/displays castles. Z and X does the same for armies and agents, yours or the enemies - I can't remember which off-hand. V shows which seas you have control off (i.e. ships in.) Shift shows the loyalty of your provinces - green means loyal, yellow means wavering, red means you are about to have a rebellion.

EDIT: You may also want to scan the thread called "My tips for efficient game play" in the "Main Hall" - some good stuff in there.

    HTH,
