    Not sure on it being historically accurate... but I would love to send the blue Scippii in legionaires in Wedge Formation against the Gauls... right after I mod in Asterix, Getafix and Oblex... 'hmm flaming pig tastes good Asterix'.



    Seriously wondering can legionaires and phalanxs and other tight order infantry now not form wedges?
    Our genes maybe in the basement but it does not stop us chosing our point of view from the top.

    Didn't the Romans form a wedge at Watling Street? On Battlefield Britain they showed the Romans in a series of Wedges when they fought Boudicca.
