Default Open Letter from a Disabled Total War Fan

    Hi,

I’m a devoted Shogun and Medieval player, but because of a disability I’ve never been able to use many of the controls in the games. I interface the computer through a device that simulates a two-button mouse and can’t use a keyboard, so I’m unable to create and command groups, select all units of one type, select an entire army, mark waypoints, and use some camera controls.

It would be great for me and peoples like me if players of the up-coming Rome had the option of on-screen buttons that could create groups, select and order them in combat, and do some or all of the other things I mentioned. The game would be easier to play and more fun, just like it is for everyone else. The buttons (preferable over things like Game Commander in my case) could be options, so that normal players don’t have to have their screens cluttered.

To try and get the attention of the Rome developers, I plan to post this over at totalwar.com too, but if anyone knows of a better, more direct way to contact them, like an e-mail address, please let me know.

    Thanks.
