    How about that eh? After those terrible qualifying baton changes, we managed to beat the USA by one one-hundredth of a second The last we won a relay gold was in 1912.

    This on top of Kelly Holmes' gold is positively brilliant.

    We have had a good games, what's that 29ish medals now? Well played. I did doubt them all early on, but they pulled through!

    4x1 team won that purly on the changeovers, i dont think you will ever see a more technically perfect relay performance.

    Surely we won the mens 4x400 a few Olympics ago?

    All credit to both the GB and US relay teams it was a great run, and was amazingly close!
