Hope for the "fast" battles possibly?!

notice that in the rome info that came with the demo, on the "playable factions" page1 its a screenshot of the campaign menu, there is an option for "arcade battles" maybe the demo was an "arcade battle" and is an option?

I have been playing the demo alot, looking at the movies and such a lot and..................

the speed of cavalry and infantry units as presented on the demo is way faster than that presented otherwise.
Thats why we all got so excited.
The movies looked awesome.

AND so will the game be.
I am pissed on scotch.

I believe they need to slow the infantry down or speed the calvary up. I am thinking they need to slow the infantry down, though.

Arcade mode apparently means morale, fatigue, and limited ammo all turned off. There's a thread about it here: https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=35746

So no joy there unfortunately :(

The game is just too fast. Thwy should consider slowing it down.

sorry i thought it might have been a little gem of hope, but i guess we'll just have to wait and see
