    Default Screen captures

Help!! I'm in the middle of one of the best bridge battles I've ever fought. I've got 4 demi-culverins making mincemeat of the golden horde and something dawned on me...

I've never done screen captures! How do I take a battlefield pic? I've searched the forum for previous topics and all I can find is what to do with them once you take them.

And then you'll get a TGA file in your Medieval Total War/TGAs folder.

You'll have to convert these files to a JPEG format with a Photoshop-like program if you want to post your pictures on the net.

yep. IrFanView is a good program for this and perfectly free.

paintshop pro and the like do a decent job at it too.

try and resize the image to about 80% of the original size for posting on the forums or it would distort the post size.

    have fun!
